Warranty applies only to products purchased at full MRP from Ozzo exclusive stores, authorized dealers, or ozzohelmets.com.
Products purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales are not covered under warranty.
Accessories are not covered under warranty unless specifically mentioned.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Damages caused due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper handling are not covered.
Purchasing an Ozzo product implies acceptance of these warranty terms.
Ignorance of warranty terms cannot be used as a basis for claims.
